The 2010 Stampede tournament has been canceled due to rain and poor field conditions.  Foothills parks and Rec made the decision on Friday afternoon.  We are sincerely sorry and will be sending refunds in the next two weeks.  Thank you

Introducing the 2010 Colorado Stampede 18A/Gold

Another season is upon us and the Colorado Stampede is excited for the 2010 season. We have a very talented group of young ladies that are expecting great things this year. In 2009, the Stampede compiled a 75-20 record, including a 9-2 record at ASA 18A Nationals in Vegas. We finished 17th at Nationals and are looking to improve on that mark this season!

The team features 6 returning players and 9 newcomers from some of the top teams in the region. 3 of the returning players will be joining us after their college seasons are over in May. We expect to have one of the top pitching staffs in the country, an offensive with huge potential and great team speed.

In 2009, we sent all 8 seniors on to college programs and they are doing great. Our girls ended up at Colorado State, Missouri, Regis, CU-Colorado Springs, Colorado School of Mines, and Trinidad State. The success of the Stampede over the years has made the organization a nationally known contender and produces college bound players every year.

We strive to make softball a fun experience for our young ladies and try hard to build lasting memories. This year’s team is filled with talented, respectful, beautiful young ladies, off the field, and fierce, hardworking competitors on the field. Already shaping up to be a season to remember!
